The Colonial Skating Club proudly welcomes Shay Sterlace! Shay is a Four Time USA Adult Ice dance Champion and a Three Time ISU International Adult Ice Dance Champion. Colonial is thrilled to have her as part of our skate family!
Monica is a USFS Member/Registered Coach and PSA Master Rated Professional who has trained figure skaters from beginners of all ages through Olympic Competitors. In addition to coaching Figure Skating in the Tri-State area for the past 20+ years, Monica has also been involved in the local and travel Ice Hockey Community as a Power Skating Instructor and AAA Coach for organizations including the Philadelphia JR. Flyers and the Pennsylvania Vampires.
Monica’s early involvement with figure skating (as a Colonial Figure Skating Member) included training and competing locally prior to turning professional. She greatly enjoyed performing and touring the world for 10 years with numerous ice shows including Ice Follies & Holiday On Ice in the capacities of Performance Director, Choreographer, Understudy, Swing, and Chorus.

Jacqui has been a Colonial Skating Club member since 1978 and is a club coach available for private, semi-private, and group instruction by appointment.
Jacqui is a United States Figure Skating Member and Registered Coach and a member of The Professional Skaters Association as a professional coach with thirty years of coaching experience from group lessons at the basic skills levels through senior levels, including test skaters as well as competitors. Experience includes working with Special Olympians and physically/mentally challenged skaters. Also enjoys working with Adults who want to learn to skate for fun or take it up a notch to test and/or compete.
Jacqui has worked with professional competitors training for World Professional Championships, has toured with Holiday On Ice throughout Europe, and has skated with ice shows in the United States.
Jacqui trains skaters from beginner levels, starting them on the USFS testing track and participates in non-qualifying competitions while they are building their skills and learning the ropes of the sport. Strong basic skills, moves in the field and freestyle elements are the main focus.
Jacqui has a Bachelor Of Arts degree from Rutgers University and is represented by the Wilhelmina Agency of Philadelphia as a commercial model and actor.

Has been skating for over 20 years and coaching for 12 years. She is a Senior Gold medalist in Moves in the Field and Freestyle. She competed through the Novice level through out the Tri-state area. She is a member of PSA and USFSA. She specializes in Group and Private lessons including: Basic Skills, Freestyle, Moves in the Field, Choreography, Power Skating and off ice training.
Niki is also a certified personal trainer and graduated from the National Personal Training Institute. She is also certified in Basic Nutrition, Kettlebell Weight Training, and TRX training. She has been a trainer for 5 years and works with skaters individually or in groups to improve their strength, power, endurance and flexibility. She also graduated with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Burlington County College.
